IPG is seeking a proactive Customer Service professional to lead daily order transactions for our Protective Packaging customers. You will manage order entry, status updates, pricing inquiries, and coordination with Sales and Operations to ensure timely delivery.
You will solicit orders from existing customers, monitor OTIF and open orders, and handle complaints with a focus on accuracy, courtesy, and issue resolution while adhering to IPG policies.
