Client Service Analyst
This role helps support our client's Shareholder Services team by managing front-line communication and relationship management for Third Party Wealth clients and sales partners, specifically for Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs).
This position will provide support by acting as the primary point of contact for clients and sales channels, managing service needs across sales territories and client types.
This position will ensure high quality service delivery through responsiveness to client inquiries, crisis management, and adherence to service levels.
Manage client relationships by serving as primary point of contact with clients and sales channels
Support client onboarding, answer client inquiries for fund/portfolio information, and execute client lifecycle events
Communicate and work closely with the sales force to provide high quality service to clients
Analyze and problem solve, both independently and with the team
Monitor and escalate service issues to ensure a high quality response to clients
Work on special value projects as necessary (i.e., asset development/retention, automation related projects)
Partner with Management and other Service Representatives to build long term successful and scalable service models
Work closely with the firm's trading desks, relaying the status of trading activity on all client accounts
Cultivate a service environment targeted towards enhancing the client experience
Prior experience in a client service environment within the financial services industry, preferably with Separately Managed Accounts and service to Financial Advisors
Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Outstanding leadership, time management, and relationship management skills
Keen attention to detail and high sense of urgency, meeting client needs in a thorough and efficient manner
Highly self-motivated with strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Proficient PC skills including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Power Point
Bachelor's degree required
FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 required (if not already licensed, should be obtained within first 60 days on the job)
