Job Title:Client Relationship Manager
Location: Chicago, IL 60661
Pay Rate: $48.44/hr, paid weekly
Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours | Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Start Date: ASAP, pending onboarding completion
Contract Length: 5-months, with potential to extend or convert
OverviewWe are hiring a Client Relationship Manager / Client Service Representative (CSR) to act as the primary point of contact for brokerage clients trading Futures & Options and OTC clearing products. This role is focused on delivering exceptional client service, managing trade and position inquiries, and strengthening relationships with top-tier institutional clients.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless client experience across the derivatives space, working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and globally connected environment.
Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries related to trades, positions, lifecycle events, commissions, reporting, and products
- Manage and resolve client queries by coordinating across internal teams and stakeholders
- Act as an escalation point for critical client and business issues
- Engage clients on key lifecycle events (e.g., expiries, last trade dates)
- Support client onboarding and access requests, including the Mercury portal
- Partner with Marketing and internal teams to capture client feedback, product needs, and opportunities
- Lead regular client meetings to review performance metrics, address issues, and discuss strategic initiatives
- Track and prioritize outstanding issues (OILs), ensuring timely resolution
- Drive client adoption of self-service tools and identify opportunities to reduce manual processes
- Maintain accurate client records, procedures, and contact information
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-driven with strong ownership and problem-solving capabilities
- Solid understanding of futures, options, and derivatives clearing processes
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Experience with systems such as GMI (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Understanding of margin processes for futures and options
- Experience working in global and cross-functional teams is a plus
