The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Agent. The Customer Service Agent will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. Responsible for greeting and fulfilling club member needs in a friendly efficient environment as they relate to the Emerald Aisle rental process.

Provide member with appropriate vehicle selection as determined by the Emerald Aisle program guidelines. Create and maintain a friendly, efficient environment for all customers. Assist in making all transactions quick and efficient.

The base compensation for this position is based on a 40-hour workweek, at an hourly rate of $19.00/hour. Employees in this position are eligible to earn additional incentive compensation up to $1,000 / month.

This is a union position, the schedule for this position requires open availability which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This position is located at O'Hare International Airport (ORD)- O’Hare Multi Modal Facility at 10255 W. Zemke Blvd, Chicago, IL 60666.

Candidates must be available to work full time including evenings and weekends.

Scheduling is done through a shift bid process.

Responsibilities include:

• Greets and answers customer questions and provides assistance based on each customer’s needs and requests, by brand. In some locations, which offer both brands, this job responsibility requires keen understanding of the differences between products and services offered by both.
