Access Community Health Network (ACCESS) is seeking a front desk receptionist to serve as the first point of contact and create a welcoming, patient-centered front desk. You will guide patients through check-in, collect accurate data, schedule appointments, process payments, and ensure visits run smoothly.
You will deliver high-quality customer service to support ACCESS's care model, while receiving training and hands-on experience with Epic EMR to help advance community health goals.
