Customer Service Representative

Remote (Based at an approved local secure facility). We work US time zones and ask that you're available during those hours, even if that means adjusting your schedule.

This role exists to resolve customer inquiries accurately and maintain a positive experience with every interaction. The representative handles support requests with attention to detail and zero tolerance for error. Work is primarily asynchronous, with tasks completed independently rather than through live meetings. The team is distributed across several countries and time zones. This position suits someone comfortable working within structured processes and minimal supervision.

• Resolve customer inquiries through chat, email, or messaging platforms.
• Listen actively to understand customer concerns before responding.
• Apply empathy to de-escalate difficult or frustrated customer interactions.
• Solve customer problems by identifying root causes and clear solutions.
• Document interactions accurately within the support system.

• One to five or more years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills across written and verbal channels.
• Demonstrated active listening skills in customer interactions.
• Empathy in handling customer concerns and complaints.
• Proven problem-solving skills for resolving customer issues.
• Strong written English — our company works in English.

• Experience with Zendesk or Intercom for customer support.
• Familiarity with Slack for internal team communication.
• Comfort using Google Meet for occasional video calls.
