Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

Sherwin-Williams seeks a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to support multi-location manufacturing and commercial customers. In this role, you will handle inbound inquiries, process orders, coordinate with stores and distribution centers, and resolve product and delivery issues quickly and accurately. You'll collaborate closely with sales and operations teams, using ERP/CRM tools to maintain customer records and service levels. Responsibilities

• Provide bilingual phone and email support to manufacturing and commercial customers across multiple locations
• Process customer orders, returns, and adjustments accurately in ERP/CRM systems
• Resolve product, delivery, and billing issues, escalating complex cases as needed
• Coordinate with stores, warehouses, and sales teams to meet service and delivery commitments
• Maintain detailed, up-to-date customer records and documentation
• Educate customers on Sherwin-Williams products, services, and order options
• Monitor open orders and service tickets to ensure timely follow-up and closure
• Support performance, safety, and quality standards in all customer interactions
