Deductions Management Specialist

• Research, analyze, document, and resolve deduction claim types according to client-specific standards and procedures
• Communicate with clients and the internal sales department to resolve deduction inquiries
• Gather claim documentation and investigate and analyze customer deductions
• Maintain data for follow-up and deduction tracking
• Process credits to offset resolved deductions
• Work in web-based trade management systems for contracted customers
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional customer service
• Handle and manage incoming calls and emails from internal and external partners
• Perform other assigned tasks

• Prior CPG deductions experience (required)
• Must possess good computer skills and be a team player with a positive attitude
• Previous professional experience using Microsoft Office
• Organized and detail oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong multitasking skills
• High attention to detail
• Must be able to solve problems with urgency
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Prior experience with a broker/manufacturer a plus
• UNFI and/or KeHE deductions experience is a differentiator
• Experience with a trade management system (e.g., Vividly, Blue Planner) is a differentiator

Demonstrates expertise in analyzing and resolving deduction claims while maintaining high attention to detail and providing exceptional customer service. Proficient in utilizing trade management systems and Microsoft Office to support deduction tracking and client communication.
