Front Desk & Customer Service Representative - Unleash Dogs

At Pet Care Plus, we’re a team of animal lovers creating incredible experiences for pets and the people who love them. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of our facility — welcoming clients, keeping the lobby running smoothly, and making sure every pet and client gets five-star service.

You’ll get to:

• Welcome clients and pets, check them in/out for daycare, boarding, and grooming
• Answer calls, schedule and confirm reservations, and process payments
• Assist retail customers and recommend products
• Give facility tours and maintain accurate client/pet records
• Help with potty walks, running dogs and cat care as needed
• Keep the lobby, retail displays, and amenities clean and stocked

We’re looking for someone who:

• Loves animals and people, with a positive, upbeat attitude
• Is dependable, organized, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Communicates professionally and confidently
• Is comfortable being active and on their feet throughout the shift

Schedule:

Flexible availability required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical requirements:

Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and safely handle dogs of varying sizes and energy levels.
