The Customer Success Lead will own the post-sale relationship, scope and execute integrations, and serve as the main bridge between the client and the platform team, expanding usage and retention from kickoff onward.
You will report to the CTO, start solo, and build a team as the customer base grows, with success measured by adoption, trust, and revenue
