About This Role:

If you’re a hygienist who loves high-quality care but is tired of rushed schedules and outdated ops, this is for you. The Chicago Dental Studio is a multi-location, luxury practice group in Chicago (West Loop, River North, Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Mayfair; Wicker Park & South Loop opening 2026). We’re hiring full-time and part-time hygienists who want a long-term home, not just another chair.

• Top-of-market pay: $45–$65/hr + quarterly performance bonuses
• Balanced schedule: 4- or 5-day options, primarily Monday–Friday, occasional weekends only as needed
• Reasonable pace: 60-minute recare and appropriate time for perio therapy (no constant double-booking)

  Fully digital, tech-forward studios, free laser certification on hire

• Registered Dental Hygienist (Illinois license)

Multiple studios across Chicago; we’ll work with you on a primary “home” location and limited floating as needed.
