Our busy and well-established private family practice is seeking an experienced Dental Hygienist to become a valued member of our team. As we transition into a new chapter due to the retirement of one of our beloved hygienists, we are eager to welcome a dedicated professional with 2-3 years of experience who shares our commitment to high standards and a passion for dental hygiene.

New RDH graduates with previous dental office experience should feel free to apply as well.

In this part‑time role, you will deliver high‑quality preventive care to our family patient population — including children and adults — with one patient per hour, seven patients a day, to ensure thorough, unhurried appointments. Your primary clinical duties will include:

• Performing prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance cleanings
• Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical documentation using the practice's dental software system using the practice's dental software system
• Providing personalized patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care

You will be responsible for tasks such as:

• dental charting
• fluoride treatment
• gingivitis screening and treatment
• scaling and root planing

To support our hygienists, we provide comprehensive personal protective equipment (PPE), including:

• goggles
• regular masks
• advanced air filtration systems

We believe in fostering a rewarding work experience, which is why we offer a competitive wages — from $45 to $65 hourly depending on experience, and the flexibility of a part‑time schedule, allowing you to maintain an optimal work‑life balance. With a typical setup of one patient at a time and an hour dedicated to each appointment, you can fully focus on delivering the best care possible.

Please note— this role requires a shift on Monday, Tuesday and two Saturdays a month Sep. through May and one Saturday a month June through August from 8am to 12pm

• Active Illinois Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing
• CPR
• 2–3 years of clinical dental hygiene experience

Our team consists of We are a team of 10, which includes 2 full time dentists, 3 hygienists, 3 dental assistants and two front desk staff. Our practice is equipped with Digital xrays, Panoramic xrays, CT scans, intra‑oral cameras, state of the art sterilization equipment, enabling our clinicians to deliver modern, high‑quality care.
