We’re hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to support our busy dental office and become an essential part of our expanding practice. This role is a great starting point for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional setting and wants to grow as our office grows. You’ll begin at the front desk, handling patient check-in and scheduling—but over time, there’s opportunity to take on more responsibility as part of a high-performing, supportive team.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in/check-out process
  • Maintain the daily appointment schedule for providers and hygienists
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with patient questions
  • Present financial information and treatment options (training provided)
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to keep the office running smoothly
  • Keep patient records accurate and organized
What You Bring to the Role:
  • Professional, friendly, and dependable
  • Comfortable using computers — must be familiar with Google Drive, Excel, and general office software
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Quick learner with attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
  • Bilingual skills are a plus (not required)
