Dental Office Manager (Full-Time) | South Chicago Area | Confidential |A well-established, patient-focused dental practice in the South Chicago area is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead the team and support continued growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about dentistry, team development, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
ScheduleMonday – Friday
Rotating shifts:
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
The Office Manager will oversee daily operations, support team performance, and ensure a smooth, efficient, and patient-centered workflow. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to manage both administrative and operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily office operations and staff scheduling
- Present treatment plans and review financial options with patients
- Supervise and support front desk and administrative team members
- Ensure efficient patient flow and a high level of customer service
- Manage billing, insurance claims, and collections
- Track office performance metrics and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the clinical team to support efficient care delivery
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory standards
- Implement systems and processes to improve workflow and patient experience
- Minimum 2+ years of dental office management experience required
- 3+ years of management experience preferred
- Orthodontic experience strongly preferred
- Treatment planning and case acceptance
- Insurance verification, billing, and collections
- Team leadership and staff development
- A confident leader who can motivate and develop a team
