Associate Dentist – Illinois

Role Overview:
Associate dentists travel to scheduled sites to provide comprehensive general dentistry in a fully supported mobile environment. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy variety, adaptability, and practicing dentistry without traditional office overhead.
Clinical Services:
Associates are expected to be comfortable providing:
- Comprehensive exams and treatment planning
- Preventative and Hygiene (SRP, Prophy, Sealants, Fluoride, Arestin, etc.)
- Restorative dentistry (Composite fillings)
- Crowns
- Simple extractions
- Clear aligner therapy (experience preferred; training provided)

Qualifications:
- DDS/DMD with an active Illinois dental license
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience
- Strong general dentistry skill set
- Willingness to travel for scheduled dental days
- Comfortable working in a mobile, fast-paced environment
- Clear aligner experience is a plus (training provided)
- Licensure in surrounding states or additional states is a strong plus
Compensation: $1,000 per day plus a production bonus equal to 20% of net production in excess of average daily net production of $7,500.
