- Monday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Fridays: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Occasional)
- Saturday: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Occasional)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental office
- Experience with Eaglesoft (or similar dental software).
- Comfortable with technology and basic IT troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills with patients, providers, and team members.
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented. Positive, upbeat personality with a team-first mindset. Eager to learn, adaptable, and growth-oriented.
- Manage patient scheduling, confirmations, and daily appointment flow
- Handle patient communication including phone calls, emails, and follow-ups with patients and external providers
- Verify insurance, update patient information, and maintain accurate records (medical history, demographics, etc.)
- Process payments, including in-office, phone payments, payment plans, and bank deposits
- Assist with treatment plan presentation and coordination of patient financial arrangements
- Submit, track, and resubmit insurance claims as needed
- Coordinate recalls, surgical patient follow-ups, and ongoing patient communication
- Support daily office operations including morning meetings, route sheets, and daily task delegation
- Maintain and manage office technology needs (password resets, system issues, vendor coordination, CBCT transfers, etc.)
- Support office marketing, promotions, and patient outreach initiatives
- Assist with business development efforts and general administrative support as needed
