Northwestern Dental Center is seeking an experienced Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our well-established, patient-focused practice in Chicago. This is a great opportunity for a dependable and skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and values delivering exceptional patient care.
About the RoleAs a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the provider and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality patient experience. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team dedicated to excellence in both clinical care and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and break down treatment rooms
- Assist the doctor with a variety of clinical procedures
- Ensure patient comfort and maintain efficient patient flow
- Follow all sterilization and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with the dental team to support daily operations
- Monday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- $25 - $28 / hour
- Minimum 2+ years of Dental Assistant experience
- Strong chairside and clinical assisting skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and patient care abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
