• You will provide leadership and oversight for one of our offices, including the front desk and clinical staff.
• Oversee front desk administrative duties including but not limited to the following: patient check‑in and check‑out, answering inbound calls, appointment scheduling, collecting patient co‑pays, presenting treatment plans, and much more.
• Responsible for creating the office schedule, monitoring payroll, onboarding, and other office management tasks.

• You are friendly and personable, you love working with patients and want to be sure that everyone is genuinely happy when they walk out of the door.

• You hold yourself to a high bar and are detail‑oriented.
• You have a growth mindset, are a self‑starter, and a team player who likes to solve problems.

• Experience with Curve practice management software is a plus.
• Customer service experience.
• 5+ years dental front desk experience required. Previous leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of dental coding.
• Treatment presentation experience.
