Are you an experienced Dental Hygienist ready to take the next step in your career? Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is partnering with a leading healthcare organization in Chicago, IL to find a passionate Dental Hygienist Manager who is committed to exceptional patient care and strong team leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with leadership skills while helping shape a positive patient experience and supporting the growth of a dedicated dental team.
WhatYou'll Do
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of dental hygienists
- Providing high-quality preventive dental care, including cleanings, periodontal therapy, and patient education
- Monitoring daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow
- Partnering with dentists and clinical leadership to maintain exceptional standards of care
- Coaching team members and supporting onboarding and ongoing training
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and state regulations
- Assisting with scheduling, workflow management, and quality improvement initiatives
- Promoting a welcoming, patient-centered environment for every visit
We're looking for a compassionate leader who enjoys developing others while delivering outstanding patient care.
Qualifications- Active Illinois Dental Hygienist license
- Previous experience as a Dental Hygienist
- Leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
- Commitment to patient-centered care and quality outcomes
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment
- Competitive pay of $41.07–$48.08 per hour, based on experience
- Consistent Monday–Friday schedule with evenings and weekends off
