• $60–$70/hour, guaranteed (based on experience) — not production-dependent
• Real time with patients: 60-minute recare appointments, never rushed
• Microscope-assisted hygiene: practice-provided high-magnification optics so you can deliver — and see — your best work
• AI charting that writes your notes for you: spend your time with patients, not your evenings finishing documentation
