Salary Range: $21.15 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform sterilization, disinfection, and technical maintenance of dental instruments, supplies, and equipment used by students and staff.
• Operate sterilizing machines and thermal disinfectors.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and sterile processing standards.
• Dispense and stock out instruments and supplies in accordance with service windows.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of sterilization cycles and inventory.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school graduation or GED.
• At least one (1) year of experience in a medical, health care, or laboratory setting performing sterile processing procedures, or current certification as a Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CBSPD).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of dental instrumentation, procedures, and materials.
• Experience operating sterilizers and thermal disinfectors.
• Familiarity with sterile techniques and infection control procedures.
