Dental Dreams is seeking a full-time general dentist to join one of our Chicago-area clinics beginning in Fall 2026, with an anticipated start date in October or November.

Our doctors enjoy clinical autonomy, strong mentorship, modern technology, and a consistently full patient schedule from day one.

For over 20 years, Dental Dreams has been owned and operated by its founding dentist—not private equity. Every decision we make is centered around supporting our doctors and delivering exceptional patient care.

Full-time schedule

• Monday–Friday
• At least one Saturday per month

Compensation & financial security

• Permanent daily minimum guarantee
• Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus
• Average full-time earnings: $290,000–$350,000+
• High patient volume with immediate production opportunities
