Role Description The Dental Office Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role located in the vibrant Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago, IL. As the office manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the practice. This role manages patient flow and communication, appointment scheduling, and ALL front desk activities to ensure a smooth and efficient experience. This position handles patient inquiries, promotes high‑quality customer service, assists with practice marketing efforts, and collaborates closely with care providers to optimize office performance and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated skills in Dental Practice Management to oversee daily operations and workflow.
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with patients, the team, and other dental professionals.
  • Understanding of Dental Care processes and terminology to support clinical staff and patient communication.
  • Extensive experience with scheduling systems, billing, and insurance coordination in a dental setting.
  • Proficiency with office software and practice management systems; ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Organizational and problem‑solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
  • Leadership experience in supervising a team, managing performance, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in a dental office management role is strongly preferred.
