Role Overview:
The Dental Assistant will assist the Dentist in providing quality dental care to adult and pediatric patients within a general dentistry practice.

Clinical Duties:
Assists with dental procedures, sets up and prepares treatment rooms, sterilizes instruments, autoclaves tools, and disinfects examination areas per OSHA guidelines. Prepares materials for restorations, exposes radiographs, and processes dental x-rays with familiarity in digital x-rays.

Administrative Duties:
Maintains patient dental records and chart filing, orders and takes inventory of dental supplies, schedules and confirms appointments, answers phone calls, and triages dental emergencies.
