What You Will Do:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality general dentistry services, including preventive care, restorative treatment for kids and adults
• Develop clear, patient-centered treatment plans that explain clinical findings, options, and recommended next steps with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate closely with assistants, specialists, and practice support teams to create efficient, welcoming patient experiences.

What You Will Bring:

• You hold a Doctor of Dental Surgery or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree and are prepared to practice as a patient-focused general dentist.
• You bring strong clinical judgment and experience creating comprehensive treatment plans that prioritize quality, safety, and patient education.
• You communicate confidently with patients and team members, helping build trust and supporting informed treatment decisions.
• You are skilled in core general dentistry procedures, including crowns, restorative dentistry, and preventive care.
• You demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to delivering consistently positive dental experiences.

Compensation and Benefits:

This Dentist position offers an annual salary range of $130,840 to $229,620 . Eligible team members may receive health, dental, vision, and life insurance; a 401(k); health savings accounts; medical and dependent care flexible spending accounts; vacation and sick leave; short-term disability coverage; and continuing education reimbursement.
