Base pay range: $30.00/hr – $35.00/hr

In the birthplace of the skyscraper, modernism, and the City Beautiful movement, Chicago HD advances the discourse on design and urban fabric. The studio specializes in multifamily, hospitality, and mixed‑use buildings in mid‑ to high‑rise typologies.

As KTGY’s Project Associate II, you’ll develop fundamental design skills and a collaborative process, supporting multiple projects across various phases. Curiosity and a personalized design approach will enable you to create groundbreaking designs that positively impact communities.

Key responsibilities involve:

• Supporting design development from conception through construction.
• Anticipating and facilitating team collaboration on projects.
• Learning and applying best practices that support project success.
• Demonstrating a willingness to “do what it takes” to support projects, clients, and the team.

Project Associate II falls under the Explore level, offering exposure to different aspects of design, projects, and business processes. The goal is to develop core skills and lay the groundwork for professional success.
