Senior Designer Lead
The Senior Designer is responsible for collaborating with team members and consultants throughout all phases of projects and assists in the creation of the workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities and DutiesWorking closely alongside the Design Lead, the role will require flexibility and adaptability to work across all project phases and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Reviews and approves design related deliverables, materials, finishes, furniture, artwork, and branding.
- Communicates with the team in maintaining goals, schedule, and priorities of assigned projects.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by Manager.

Required:- 5 years of experience in commercial workplace design
7 years of experience in commercial workplace design
Degree from a CIDA-accredited Interior Design program or equivalent
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD with demonstrated technical excellence
Comprehensive understanding of construction documentation assembly and coordination
Working knowledge of building codes and accessibility standards, including ADA compliance
Interest in sustainable design practices, particularly LEED and Fitwel certifications
Understanding of current industry standards and construction practices.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Base Pay Range: $99,800/yr – $146,100/yr
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
