Graphic Designer

Description

Our client is seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join their internal design team. This role will be expected to step in seamlessly, supporting both creative and production needs at a high level.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Execute creative deliverables including business cards, social media graphics, sponsorship ads, proposal materials (InDesign), presentation assets (PowerPoint), animated infographics, website modules, and thought leadership pieces in Ceros.

+ Manage and organize shared files, images, and assets across Google Drive and a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, maintaining clarity and access for the team.

+ Efficiently update templated designs, ensuring quick turnaround and accurate output for recurring projects.

+ Communicate proactively and professionally with internal teams and clients to clarify project needs, gather relevant information, and drive projects forward.

+ Independently identify opportunities to improve processes, support team workflows, and strengthen project delivery.

+ Take initiative to fully integrate with the team and contribute collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Required

Skills & Experience:

+ Advanced proficiency in Ceros, with proven experience delivering interactive projects.

+ Strong background in both agency and in-house environments.

+ Exceptional organizational and file management skills; ability to maintain order across shared drives and digital asset systems.

+ Outstanding communication abilities with internal stakeholders and external clients.

+ Demonstrated maturity, professionalism, and a collaborative, positive attitude.

+

Experience with high-touch client requests and working independently on complex production schedules.

+ Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign), PowerPoint, and other industry-standard design software.
