Senior Product Designer

Summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Senior Product Designer to join our Digital Product Design team. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Global Digital team, where you'll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. • Owning the end-to-end design of complex features and product areas across web and mobile platforms, from problem definition through execution.
• Partnering closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers to shape product direction, priorities, and tradeoffs throughout the product lifecycle.
• Translating user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clear, intuitive, and scalable design solutions.
• Planning and executing design discovery activities, including research, prototyping, and usability testing, to inform decisions and reduce risk.
• Creating high-quality interaction, visual, and experience designs that meet brand, accessibility, and usability standards.
• Contributing to shared design systems, patterns, and ways of working, helping raise the overall quality and consistency of Hyatt's digital products.
• Managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing speed, quality, and complexity.
• Clearly communicating design intent, rationale, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
• Providing constructive feedback and informal mentorship to other designers through collaboration and critique.

Experience

Required:

• 7 or more years of experience in product design, UX design, interaction design, or a related discipline.
