JGM is seeking a Project Manager with an Architectural background
JGM is an international construction consulting firm that provides architecture, program and project management, construction management, quality assurance, scheduling, risk management, and claims avoidance to clients involved in major construction projects worldwide. Duties- Client relationship; contract and amendments, budgets for both project and internal, schedule, staffing management
- Will work closely with the design team in Revit
- Update RFI's
- Strong communication skills required, both verbal and listening.
- Proactive
- Building and Planning Codes
- Revit a Plus
- Bachelor's in architecture
- 10+ years of experience
