Your Day-to-Day- Manage email communications, responding promptly to internal and external inquiries.
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Graphic Art Software daily to ensure seamless operations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by coordinating with clients and team members to meet their needs.
- Oversee the delivery of print jobs to printers and work with the warehouse team to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with reviewing and confirming print jobs using Graphic Printing software applications.
Here's what it takes to succeed with us.
- 1-2 years of experience or college graduate with a degree in Graphic Design or similar industry.
- Experience with Adobe or other graphic design software.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
