Responsibilities

  • Lead design and project management for corporate interior projects spanning campus, high‑profile office environments, and speculative builds.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans; review internal project accounting and billing.
  • Prepare and review proposals, contracts, and consultant agreements; provide leadership during all phases of the project.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, agencies, engineering, and specialty consultants.
  • Mentor and coach junior staff, fostering high design quality and client satisfaction.
  • Assist firm marketing with proposal writing, business development reporting, and lead generation.
  • Coordinate and prepare project documentation and participate in coordination meetings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • Seven or more years of relevant design experience, including at least two years of project management in a commercial architecture firm.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple disciplines and existing building systems at architectural scale.
  • Strong programming, space planning, and furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E) expertise.
  • Knowledge of state and local building codes, accessibility, and sustainable design; LEED participation preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Photoshop.
  • Commitment to client service, project profitability, and mentoring of junior staff.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary range $95,000 – $130,000 plus bonuses and benefits.
