Fall FOX News Media Internship Program - Chicago

Fox News Media operates FOX News Channel (FNC), FOX Business Network (FBN), FOX News Digital, FOX News Audio, FOX News Books, FOX Nation, FOX News International and FOX Weather. The company reaches 200million people each month.

• Actively enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree during the program
• Current college standing of sophomore (second‑year) or above
• Strong academic record
• Committed and available to work for the entire length of the program
• Access to own housing and transportation to/from the assigned internship site

• Knowledge of current events and/or business news
• Knowledge of current FOX programming and talent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of software systems relevant to desired area of placement (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Adobe Audition, iNews, Avid, Final Cut Pro, Dalet)
• Self‑starter attitude and pro‑active nature
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor when interfacing with talent and executives
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
• Team‑work and collaborative skills

• FOX Master Classes – presentations, panels, discussions, and trainings on company, industry, and software systems

$20.00 per hour (final offer dependent on education, skills, experience, and location).

Scheduled weekly hours: 16–24 hours per week (vary by department needs and class schedule).
Opportunity is on‑site in Chicago, IL.

Students accepted into the fall 2026 program are required to provide an unofficial transcript or letter from the adviser/registrar showing proof of enrollment. Students will be considered for placement based on cover letter content, prior experience, and interests.
