ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities for this role include: working collaboratively with project teams, engaging with consultant coordination, and executing architectural assignments with minimal supervision. Candidates must demonstrate self-motivation, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications- Professional degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) (required)
- Proficiency in Revit (required)
- Experience with sustainable and high-performance building design (a plus)
- Familiarity with Rhino, Grasshopper, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, or other rendering software (beneficial, not mandatory)
- Architectural license, LEED accreditation, or AXP participation (a plus, not required)
Starting salaries will start at a minimum of $60,000 and be competitive. This is an estimate of base salary but could change based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, and education.
