Position Overview

We are seeking a talented, highly motivated Architect to lead projects from concept to completion. The role includes all facets of architectural design and documentation, interfacing with clients, consultants, and building trades. This is a full‑time position based in Chicago, IL.

• Strong Revit skills, including creating models from scratch, manipulating families, and modeling complex architectural elements.
• Key role in the design process from schematic design through construction documents, including permitting and field coordination.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with clients, consultants, and building trades.
• Attention to detail with the ability to independently anticipate next steps and deliver drawing packages in a timely manner.
• Opportunity to lead social media campaign.

• Minimum of 3 years of architectural experience. Proven track record with single‑family or multi‑unit residential projects in Chicago is highly preferred but not required.
• Excellent Revit skills are strictly required.
• Overachiever mentality with the ability to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
• Proven history of success backed up with glowing references.
