About the PositionWe're looking for a curious, motivated Junior Designer to join our creative team and report to our SVP of Creative. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate or early‑career designer eager to develop their craft across both digital and print in a fast‑paced, professional environment. You'll work alongside experienced designers, contribute to real projects from day one, and grow your skills within a defined brand system.
Responsibilities- Supporting the design and production of print and digital collateral—including presentations, brochures, event materials, and signage—within established brand guidelines
- Assisting with UX/UI work across web and digital platforms, including layout updates, landing pages, and wireframes
- Helping create and maintain on‑brand email campaigns and templates
- Supporting event production from a design standpoint—signage, name tags, printed and digital collateral, and on‑site materials
- Organizing and maintaining the shared design asset library and file structure
- Collaborating with marketing, events, and content teams to bring creative ideas to life
- Managing assigned projects with attention to detail and a commitment to deadlines
- A degree or certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field—or a compelling portfolio that demonstrates equivalent skills
- 0–2 years of professional or internship design experience
- A portfolio showing strong fundamentals: typography, layout, color, and composition across print and/or digital work
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Willingness to learn and operate within brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas
- Strong attention to detail and an eagerness to take feedback and grow
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline‑driven environment
- Candidates must be eligible to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.

The base salary range for this position is $60, per year. This is an estimated range based on the circumstances at the time of posting, however, may change based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, education, market factors, geographical location, budget, and demand. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre‑defined performance factors.
All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
