We are seeking a Licensed Architect with 10 + years relevant experience in overseeing all aspects of commercial and multifamily projects including: preparation and supervision of code analysis, production of construction documents and specifications, review of technical content, materials and construction, supervision of design team throughout all project phases.

- BArch or MArch degree from accredited university
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Client service oriented and creative problem solver
- Demonstrated computer savvy:
- Expert use of Revit and AutoCAD as construction document production tools
- Expert use of MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, & Powerpoint)
- Other computer graphic skills (Adobe Creative Suite preferred) a plus
We are seeking a Project Manager with 5 to 10 years relevant experience in overseeing all aspects of a project including: coordination with consultants, contractors, owner’s representatives and internal project teams, detailing and construction document preparation, construction administration, management and quality control of institutional, and commercial projects.

- Minimum two years of direct experience with Revit
- Demonstrated computer savvy:
- Expert use of Revit and AutoCAD as construction document production tools (AutoCAD 3D-Studio or Sketch Up a plus)
- Expert use of MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, & Powerpoint)
