Residential Architect - Chicago

Our company is seeking a talented Residential Architect with experience in Chicago to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both new build projects and full gut renovations in residential settings in Chicago. As an in-house architect, you will be responsible for developing architectural plans, designing spaces, and overseeing projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

• Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements
• Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Stay up-to-date with building codes and regulations

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Licensed architect in the state of Illinois
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential architecture
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong portfolio showcasing residential projects
