What You’ll Do

• Lead
  ideation and concept development
  with clarity, creativity, and speed
• Create compelling, high-level
  sketches and visual narratives
  that communicate ideas effectively
• Collaborate closely with a
  multidisciplinary team
  to bring concepts to life
• Translate complex client needs into
  insight-driven design solutions

Deliver high-quality work with
precision, accountability, and momentum

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a designer who combines
strong creative vision with professional rigor
—someone who can both think big and execute at a high level.

• 2-5 years of
  professional industrial design experience
• Exceptional
  form development, aesthetics, and design sensibility
• Advanced proficiency in:
  • Solid Works
  • Key Shot
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong
  sketching and visualization skills showing you can communicate ideas quickly and clearly
• Experience with
  AI-driven design tools and workflows
• Proven ability to
  collaborate, take direction, and elevate the work through iteration
• A high degree of
  time management, reliability, and professionalism
