We are seeking a Senior Architect with 5–7 years of luxury residential experience to join our collaborative design studio. This senior-level, non-managerial role is ideal for an architect who is passionate about exceptional design, technical excellence, and delivering elevated client experiences.
Working directly with discerning clients, you will lead the architectural design and documentation for custom projects while collaborating closely with our architecture and interiors teams to create thoughtfully integrated homes from concept through completion.
Successful Candidate Profile:- Demonstrates executive presence, emotional intelligence, and the ability to communicate with confidence, patience, and authenticity while building lasting client relationships
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
- Expertise in custom residential architecture, including millwork and casework
- Knowledge of luxury materials and finishes, including lighting, plumbing fixtures, natural stone, and architectural hardware
- Experience managing construction administration, site visits, and field decisions
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Lead custom residential projects from concept through construction completion
- Prepare and oversee client presentations, design documentation, proposals, budgets, and drawing packages
- Coordinate with architecture, interior design, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure a cohesive project vision
- Manage project schedules and coordinate architectural work with product procurement and installation timelines
- Conduct site visits, oversee construction progress, and make informed field decisions to address existing conditions and unforeseen challenges
- Serve as the primary architectural resource for clients, maintaining clear communication and delivering exceptional client experiences throughout the project lifecycle
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 5-7 years of professional architectural experience
- 3-5 years of luxury residential experience
- Proficiency in Sketching, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office Suite
