Job Details

Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
3-5 years of professional architectural experience, preferably within an architecture or AEC firm.
Strong experience with both design development and technical documentation.
Proficiency with architectural design and documentation software, including Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to independently produce and manage architectural drawings, models, presentations, and construction documents.
Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, materials, and sustainable design practices.
Demonstrated ability to contribute to and lead portions of the design process from conceptual design through detailed documentation.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve design and technical challenges.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate design intent, technical solutions, and project updates to clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including architecture, engineering, construction, and external consultants.
Demonstrated ability to manage individual project responsibilities, meet deadlines, and contribute to project schedules and budgets.
Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to junior architectural staff.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities and adjust to evolving project priorities.
