Their interdisciplinary approach allows teams to work closely together from initial concept and design development through documentation, construction, and project completion.

Our client is seeking an experienced Licensed Architect to join their growing team. This individual will contribute to and lead portions of small to mid-sized projects, providing architectural expertise across design development, technical documentation, interdisciplinary coordination, and construction administration.

• Licensed Architect with current registration.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• 5-10 years of professional architectural experience, preferably within an architecture, engineering, or integrated AEC environment.
• Demonstrated experience with design development, technical documentation, interdisciplinary coordination, and construction administration.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building materials, systems, specifications, codes, detailing, and construction methods.
• Proficiency with Revit and architectural documentation workflows.
• Experience with software such as Enscape, Bluebeam, Procore, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Experience with BIM coordination and model-based project delivery is a plus.
• Ability to develop thoughtful design and technical solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, constructability, budget, schedule, and sustainability.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance and the ability to identify and resolve potential design, documentation, coordination, and construction issues.
• Experience supporting construction administration activities, including submittal and RFI review, field observations, OAC meetings, and issue resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, engineers, and internal project teams.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and adapt to changing project priorities.
• Strong organizational skills, professional judgment, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Ability and willingness to provide mentorship and guidance to emerging professionals and design staff.
• Passion for high-quality design, integrated project delivery, sustainability, and creating meaningful spaces for the communities being served.
