Position OverviewOral Facial & Implant Specialists is a well-established, thriving private OMS practice located just outside of Chicago with an excellent reputation and consistent growth. This is an outstanding opportunity for an associate seeking mentorship, autonomy, and a defined path to partnership in a busy, respected practice.
You will be joining an existing and growing practice with a loyal referral base, experienced surgical team, and a culture centered on excellence, leadership, and patient care.
What We Offer- First-year guaranteed salary: $450,000 plus full benefits and CE allowance

- Post-partnership earning potential: $600,000–$1,000,000+

Ideal Candidate- Board Certified or Board Eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon
- Licensed to practice dentistry in Illinois
- Leadership-oriented with the ability to guide and motivate a team

- Full-time position (4 days per week)
