Regional Anesthesia Fellowship–Trained Anesthesiologist for Medical Director – Rush University Medical Center, Chicago, IL
Rush University Medical Center is an 800-bed academic medical center located on Chicago’s West Side and is the principal teaching hospital of Rush University. The Department of Anesthesiology provides services across the main hospital as well as multiple affiliated ambulatory surgery centers, where orthopedic surgery represents the primary case volume. One affiliated ambulatory surgery center has four operating rooms dedicated exclusively to outpatient orthopedic surgery, with consideration being given to a Medical Director role for qualified candidates.
Rush is home to a leading Regional Anesthesia program, offering exceptional clinical volume, innovation, and outstanding mentorship. The institution also supports large, nationally recognized programs in orthopedics and neurosurgery. The medical center is a thriving hub for basic and clinical research, with broad interdisciplinary collaboration. The Department of Anesthesiology maintains active NIH funding and supports scholarly activity across its faculty.
Due to expanding services at Rush University Medical Center and its affiliated ambulatory surgery centers, the Department of Anesthesiology is recruiting fellowship-trained Regional Anesthesiologists.
