Overview

At Scout, we believe urgent care should help pets and the people who care for them. Our focused, same-day and next-day model supports primary care and ER partners while giving veterinary professionals a sustainable, fulfilling place to grow. We keep things simple, supportive, and centered on doing what’s right.

We’re growing and are looking for an experienced Veterinarian to step into a Regional Medical Director role. You will help to guide that growth by supporting multiple locations, elevating medical standards, and mentoring our doctor teams as we continue building the future of urgent care.

  • Oversee externship programs to ensure a structured and positive learning experience for students.
  • Represent Scout at Veterinary Colleges within the region to support recruitment and brand visibility.

Operational & Business Partnership

  • Support Lead DVMs and Hospital Directors in resolving client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
