Board-certified in internal medicine, family practice, or geriatrics
Outpatient-only practice with established patient panel
Telephone call shared among physician group
Comprehensive onsite services including digital X-ray and ultrasound
Full range of diagnostic testing available including EKG and spirometry
Hospital-employed position with multiple clinic locations
Established practice serving geriatric patient population
