5 Days per Week 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, 1 Evening per Week 1 PM - 8 PM, Every Other Saturday 8:30 AM - 1 PM | 35 Hours Patient Time

Sign-On Bonus:  $5000
Compensation:  $175K to $210K
