Sign-On Bonus: $10000
Compensation: Starting base salary (DOE, between $185k-$205k) + $10,000 sign-on bonus + $5,000 retention bonus, and the opportunity to earn an additional $12,000 in productivity bonus.

DETAILS:
- 10 Hour Shifts 4 Days per Week or 8 Hour Shifts 5 Days per Week
- Provide continuous, comprehensive primary care for infants, children, and youth, according to current standards of care
- Make diagnoses and prescribe medication as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
- IL License REQUIRED
