We are looking for a Board-Certified physician with previous supervisory experience to come on board as our centers Medical Director. The Medical Director is responsible for managing a minimum of fourteen patients per day, coordinating patient scheduling, monitoring charts, guide medical staff and troubleshoot as necessary. Ultimately, ensuring that the patient is receiving the highest quality of care. The Medical Director is also responsible for building a dynamic team by interviewing, hiring, and training employees;

planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees. Addressing complaints, recommending improvements and resolving problems to the Chief of Medicine.

Must possess a Medical Board license MD/DO/RNP (State specific) in Internal/Family Medicine/Adult Gerontology/Infectious Disease Valid DEA & Furnishing license

Previous experience in treating and diagnosing HIV/AIDS clients in an outpatient Primary Care setting

Must obtain AAHIVM Certification within 18 months of hire Current CPR/BLS (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) is required
