Overview
The Congenital Heart Center at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center is seeking an advanced practice nurse to care for adult congenital heart patients in the Peoria area.
Responsibilities- Conduct return visits for cardiology patients in the Peoria office and outreach clinics
- Provide education and conduct follow‑up monitoring and coordination of adult congenital cardiology patients
- Assist with transitioning patients from pediatric to adult care
- Support adult congenital providers with overall patient management
- Contribute to the inpatient consult service
- Congenital Cardiology or Cardiology experience preferred
- CME and association membership dues
